COVID-19 Measures
In line with the hygiene and health-safety measures currently applicable in the Slovak Republic, the following COVID-19 measures apply.
All participants physically present must be fully vaccinated* and they should be able to present a proof of COVID-19 vaccination in the form of a digital COVID-19 pass or medical documentation confirming the identity of the participant, vaccination place and date. Otherwise, they will not be admitted to the conference.
Before entering the conference, venue all participants must make sure that they do not have any symptoms of COVID-19, particularly fever. If the participant has symptoms, they shall stay in isolation and do not attend the conference. If the participants show symptoms of COVID-19 during the conference, they shall call their primary healthcare provider or the emergency service and leave the conference venue.
In the Slovak Republic, one of the key preventive measures is the mandatory use of face masks indoors. It is required to wear a face mask in all indoor venues of the conference, including corridors, elevators, restaurants, bars (except for the time you are consuming food or drink), as well as while in public transport or transport organised by a contractor. Staff working in the conference premises will wear face masks. In addition to that, staff working with meals will wear disposable gloves.
Other preventive measures include the frequent cleaning of hands. Paper towels, soap and hand sanitizers, including a number of disinfection-stands with contactless dispensers will be provided in the premises.
The conference premises will be regularly disinfected.
*A fully vaccinated person is a:
- i. person having at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine;
- ii. person having at least 21 days after the first dose of a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine;
- iii. person having at least 14 days after the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, in case the first dose of the vaccine was administered at least 180 days after confirmed COVID-19 disease;
