Practical Information
The conference starts at 11:30. The conference premises will be opened from 11:00. The break for lunch reception is planned from 13:15 to 15:00. The conference is planned to finish at 16:30. More detailed information is included in the conference programme.
Format of the conference
The conference is held in hybrid format meaning both physical presence and online participation.
The conference will take place at Sheraton Bratislava for onsite attendees : Pribinova 12, 811 09 Bratislava
Registration
We would kindly ask the Management Board Members to confirm their participation at the meeting of the Management Board scheduled on 10/11/2021 via the registration form for the conference.
Invited guests and delegations
Due to the applicable COVID-19 measures, physical participation is only possible for invited guests.
The delegation format (invited guest and accompanying staff) is only possible for following guests:
- Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic
- Ministers and State Secretaries
- Commissioners
- Members of the European Parliament and Members of the Slovak Parliament
- Mayor of Bratislava
If you do not fall within a category mentioned above, and would like to be accompanied by other persons, please contact ELA conference team on: ela2021conference@vo-europe.eu. The requests for additional physical presence will be accommodated taking into account available places in the conference room and applicable COVID-19 measures.
